All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

UK - Free standard delivery when you spend £20 and more, £2.95 otherwise (3-5 working days)

Europe - £14.95 standard delivery (5-10 working days), £24.95 express delivery (2-5 working days)

USA - £24.95 standard delivery (5-12 working days), £32.95 express delivery (3-5 working days)

Canada -£24.95 standard delivery (5-12 working days), £32.95 express delivery (3-5 working days)

Australia & New Zealand£24.95 standard delivery (5-12 working days), £34.95 express delivery (3-5 working days)

Rest of the World£15.95 standard delivery (5-12 working days), £32.95 express delivery (3-5 working days)

 
Customs & Tax

UK/Northern Ireland = included in final price

- Rest of the world = Not collected by us, so please be mindful that you may face some customs fees (although this is very rare) 

What is your returns policy?

Full priced Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original condition - unworn with the tag still attached. To request a refund, please send us a message on our contact page with your order number and reason for refund and we’ll send you a return address.

We do not offer returns and exchanges on orders outside of the UK. 

We do not offer refund for items on sale, you can however, request for an exchange whilst stock lasts.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

We recommend waiting until the estimated delivery date but on the rare occasion your delivery doesn’t arrive on time, send us a message on our contact page with your full name and order number and we will chase it up for you.

What if my order is incorrect or faulty?

We aim to always pack your order with care, on the rare occasion you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
Please contact us stating your order number and items that are incorrect/faulty and we will look into this for you.
